BANDRA WORLI SEA LINK

Also known as Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link is a cable stayed bridge connecting Bandra and Worli. It is 6KM long suspension bridge having 8 lanes. Construction began in 2000 and was opened to public in 2009. Through this sea link it takes only 15-20 minuts to reach Worli from Bandra; previously it was 60-90 minutes. Construction of the bridge was done by Hindustan Construction Company and is ownded by MSRDC.



  
Castella de Aguada 

Also known as Bandra Fort, build by the Protugeese as a watchover to Mahim Bay in 1640. Aguada in Portugeese means fountain, the fort got the name because of a fresh water spring near to it which supplied water to the Portugeese ships.

















Bandstand Promenade
It is walkway along the sea on the west side of Bandra, Mumbai, India which is almost 1 Km long.
